Privacy Policy

QUONEXA lets users create quotes, organize customers, products or services, and manage business information. This policy summarizes what information the service processes, why it is used, and the choices available to users.

1. Account data

We may process email addresses, internal identifiers, session status, and technical information needed to authenticate and maintain the account.

2. Business data

Users may provide a business name, logo, email, phone number, address, tax identification, currency, taxes, banking details, and document preferences.

3. Customer data entered by the user

QUONEXA lets users save information they enter themselves, such as name, company, phone number, email, address, tax identification, contact person, and notes. Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to process their customers' data.

4. Quotes and operations

The service may store products or services, descriptions, prices, measurements, quantities, taxes, statuses, notes, history, work orders, and other information needed to provide QUONEXA features.

5. Images, camera, and files

When a user chooses to add a logo or reference images, QUONEXA may request access to the photo picker or camera. Access is initiated by the user and does not require continuous access to device content.

6. Purposes

We use information to authenticate accounts, synchronize devices, generate and retain quotes, display history, manage products and customers, provide support, verify memberships, and protect the service from misuse.

7. Providers and synchronization

QUONEXA uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions. On the web, Tilopay processes payments and subscriptions; on Android, Google Play may process purchases and subscriptions. These providers process the technical information needed to provide their respective services.

8. Memberships and payments

QUONEXA does not receive or store the full card number used through Tilopay or Google Play. To validate access, it may retain technical subscription information such as provider, product, plan, status, dates, and transaction identifiers.

9. Sale of data and advertising

We do not sell personal data. Customer information, quotes, and documents are not used for third-party personalized advertising.

10. Security

Information is transmitted through encrypted connections and protected with authentication and organization-level access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we maintain review and improvement processes.

11. Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service. From Settings, users may delete their account and associated data when applicable. If an organization has other members, business data may remain available to those members while access for the deleted account is removed.

12. Rights and contact

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information linked to their account, subject to applicable law and identity verification when necessary. Privacy inquiries: soporte.quonexa@gmail.com.
