1. Service

QUONEXA lets users create, organize, save, and share quotes and manage information related to customers, products, services, and business operations. Users are responsible for reviewing prices, quantities, measurements, taxes, and terms before sending documents to third parties.

2. Account and security

Users are responsible for their credentials and for keeping account and business information current. Passwords must not be shared, and QUONEXA must not be used to access another organization's information without authorization.

3. Plans, prices, and free trial

QUONEXA allows up to 10 free quotes per account before requiring a membership to keep creating new quotes. Reference plans are US$3.99 monthly and US$35.00 annually. Prices, currency, taxes, and terms shown by Tilopay on the web or Google Play on Android before purchase confirmation are definitive for that transaction.

4. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Web subscriptions are managed through Tilopay and Android subscriptions through Google Play. Deleting a QUONEXA account does not cancel an active subscription with the relevant provider. Refunds, when applicable, are handled under the payment provider's rules and applicable law.

5. Availability

The service depends on Internet access and infrastructure providers and may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical incidents.

6. Responsible use

QUONEXA may not be used for unlawful activities, to enter content the user has no right to process, to attempt unauthorized access to third-party information, to bypass security controls, or to interfere with the service.

7. Accuracy and business results

QUONEXA is a support tool. It does not guarantee business results, quote acceptance, collections, sales, or the accuracy of information entered by users. Users must review documents before using them.

8. Service changes

Future features, plans, or prices may change. When necessary, updated terms or notices will be shown before a purchase, renewal, or use affected by material changes.

9. Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under laws applicable to the user.
